At Raimondi Horticultural Group and The Little Flower Shoppe we pride ourselves on continuing education for our staff to stay on the cutting edge of our industry. Recently, we’ve had multiple opportunities across the tri-state area to do just that!

Last week our floral designer Anna went to Cos Cob, CT for a seasonal floral design class called “Dahlias for Still Life” at the Floral Design Studio of Greenwich. Anna was inspired by the latest floral trends; designing displays including pinwheel marigolds, andromeda, red curly kale, dahlias, and brussels sprouts. The Floral Design Studio of Greenwich is operated and taught by Trish O’Sullivan, the former Floral Design Program Coordinator at the New York Botanical Garden.

Meanwhile, Chris Raimondi, President of Raimondi Horticultural Group, has been teaching classes at both Bergen Community College and the New York Botanical Garden, mentoring and instructing the next generation of biophilic designers.

We are excited to continue to update you on the enriching professional development opportunities our staff takes on to bring you the most stunning interiorscapes, landscapes, and florals possible.
